I don’t spend a lot of time lamenting the inadequacies of our legal system, I tend to just go out and fix what I see broken, usually violently. What I learned from watching Romeo is that the Rage might need to intervene in family court issues as well. Romeo and her ex, I guess we just call him Juliet for symmetry, were divorced a little over a year ago. Romeo was given custody of the 2 children, 7 year old boy, 4 year old girl, presumably because she is the mother. I get it, 9 out of 10 times the mother is the best choice. Romeo is number 10. She shouldn’t be allowed to raise a hamster let alone 2 children. She is on welfare, she pops Oxy like they are M&M’s and she usually starts drinking with her lunch. I figure the ex must be some piece of work so I did some digging and all I could tell was that from the outside, he looked like a decent guy. Obviously suspect skills at mate choosing, but he is a middle manager for a marketing company and has maintained his job there for 12 years. He pays mandated alimony and child support and has done so, on time, since their divorce. I drove by his new house and it is small, but very well maintained. I don’t get it. I’m going to have to watch him to see if I am missing a key piece of the puzzle, but regardless what I find, Romeo doesn’t need to be raising those kids. I think I should introduce myself so I opened a new email to Romeo,
“Dear Romeo,
I was behind your car the other day and saw that you were paying more attention to your kids in the back of the car then the other cars on the road. Do you really feel that is the safe thing to do for your children? Since I was pretty sure you had no business driving anyone around, let alone 2 small children, I followed you to the grocery store. There I saw you slap a 4 year old child in the face. I will say this only once, nicely, for you. If you ever raise a hand to one of those children again, I will rip your fucking arm off and beat you to death with it. It would be the third time for me so it would be best not to test my patience. If you love your children, give up the pills and the booze or your children won’t be the only thing you will lose. You have been warned which is more than most get, don’t waste it.

Our vetting will continue on Romeo and Juliet and I will report back what I find. In the meantime, I have a night op to prep. This one is going to require some finesse and definitely, some of my props. You’re going to love this….
